Terms of Service

RevFound analyzes business records you provide and identifies potential billing discrepancies — work that may not have been fully invoiced. Findings are analytical outputs based on the data and pricing rules you supply. They are not invoices, legal determinations, or assurances of amounts owed to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you upload, for having the right to upload it, and for verifying any finding before acting on it. You remain solely responsible for your billing decisions, customer relationships, and contractual obligations.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, or use RevFound to process data you are not authorized to process.

RevFound does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on the service.

RevFound does not guarantee that any potential revenue will be verified, billable, collectible, or recovered. Detection depends entirely on the completeness and accuracy of the records you provide.

Where a performance-based arrangement applies, fees are calculated only on revenue that you have marked verified and recovered within RevFound, at the rate agreed with your organization. Potential revenue never generates a fee. Subscription terms, if any, are agreed separately in writing.

You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant RevFound a limited license to process it in order to operate the service for you. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.

RevFound is an early-stage product provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Features may change as the product develops.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevFound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using RevFound and request deletion of your organization at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
